I'm a singer/songwriter based in Los Angeles. I don't write music just to write music, I write music to survive. I love that music is this one universal language that everyone can understand no matter who you are or where you come from. I write about life. I write about love. I write about heartbreak, loss, God, whatever is real to me that that moment in time. It has been an ongoing joke from my past relationships to NEVER become one of "Rebekah's songs". I just say if you don't want me to write a mean song about you, don't be a mean person. I love music, and I love writing songs. I have written over 300. I moved out here to chase my dream since childhood. I started working with Printz Board (Black Eyed Peas) about a year ago. He really gets me, gets my music, but in the end, I'm just a girl who writes her heart on paper.
